Currently, I am a product manager at Cisco where I work with the product and engineering leaders to create impactful customer service products. I strongly believe in deeply understanding our user base, letting their needs help guide our strategy, and using our team’s collective wisdom to drive product innovation.

I believe that being on top of competitors and industry trends can enrich product/feature discovery and will ultimately make or break the thing we deliver. I enjoy looking at the big picture and figuring out how different parts can fit together to create an even more reliable product for both customers and the business.
